QED Imaging now fully supports all TOFRA components providing solutions for today's and tomorrow's analysis and visualization of living cells and specimens. Imaging systems using QED Imaging software and TOFRA components can monitor multiple cells, switch between 16 microscope imaging modes, including Video Enhanced Contrast, multichannel fluorescence of GFP and other markers, ratio metric imaging, FRET, and others at the push of a button. It provides advanced analysis features to track cells and organelles, and measure changes in concentrations, co-localization, shapes, sizes, speed, and angles of orientation - all of which can be plotted in a real time trend chart.
